  Well i go there alot and there is just one skinny curlie haired lady thete that acts like she owns the place and is a total snob....maxine cindy megan all always nice and friendly but this other ignorant void damn cant remember her name anyway she is on right now and just mouthed off to me for the last time im never coming back and neither should anyone else until she is gone

  Worst ever! RUDE RUDE RUDE staff!!! Nothing ever working! 3 out of five flavors on cappuccino machine empty two wks in a row on a Sunday am at 9ish. When I brought it to the woman's attention she told me "yeah" I will get to it! I go there every Sunday am and several times during the week. Two wks ago the have several staff on but only one of two people behind counter actually taking customers while the line had gone all the way to door and curved half way across the store while the other one behind counter is stuffing her face with food! Just standing there eating looking at the line! Then u got the lady who wants now start cleaning and filling coffee and brewing while there's like 15 people standing there trying to make coffee! How bout the other two people hiding in the back talking about nonsense that u can hear, come out and a. Help or b. Keep up on that stuff so u aren't hindering your customers at 9 am rush! The staff is incredibly rude, while having a conversation with my sister in the store, I didn't hear what she had said. So I say "huh?" The cashier who was walking by rudely snaps I wasn't talking to you! I say excuse me but I wasn't speaking to u either! The only pleasant one in there is the older woman who has been there forever! She's the only one ALWAYS, doing her job and ALWAYS pleasant! I personally work with people and personally deal with food every day with by business, there is absolutely no excuse for how things go in that store! Especially on a busy Sunday am! I should not leave a place I am spending my hard earned money at ANGRY! If it were once in awhile I could understand but it's EVERY week!
